Join us at the Braddock Carnegie Library to celebrate the opening of the Art Lending Collection: a collection of artworks by regional and international artists available for checkout by anyone with an Allegheny County library card. Toast local art, enjoy brunch from some favorite local eateries, and take part in an all-ages interactive showcase of artists from Pittsburgh’s creative community, co-presented by The Sprout Fund. The Art Lending Collection, part of the 2013 Carnegie International, is a joint project of Transformazium and the Braddock Carnegie Library Association, supported in part by a Seed Award from The Sprout Fund, Carnegie Museum of Art, and The Heinz Endowments.

Cost: Free; Shuttle service to and from Braddock will be leaving from the Museum of Art’s Fountain Entry on Forbes Avenue every half hour beginning at 10:30 a.m.
